Daniel Coburn provides website and software services as a sole proprietor. Your consultation and private proposal establish the project scope. Your signed agreement records the price, payment schedule, deliverables, and terms.

Project scope and payment

Project prices, any deposit and balance, vendor fees, applicable tax, revision allowance, and delivery schedule are set out in your private proposal and signed agreement. Work outside the agreed scope requires an approved change order. Ask about these details before signing or paying.

The project schedule depends on receiving the agreed content, access, feedback, and payments.

Secure payments and confirmation

Payments are collected on Stripe’s hosted payment pages. This website does not collect your card number. Pay only the checkout or invoice supplied for your agreed project. Daniel confirms payment in Stripe before kickoff or launch; keep your Stripe receipt for your records.

Cancellation and refunds

If you need to cancel a project, email Daniel with the project reference. The signed agreement governs payment for completed work and any approved non-cancellable costs. Any unearned balance is returned under the agreement’s refund provisions. Ask about the cancellation terms before signing or paying.

Optional ongoing support

If you choose ongoing support, its price, included work, response expectations, renewal, and cancellation terms are provided in a separate private agreement. Recurring charges require your authorization. Cancelling support does not change ownership of your paid website or cancel vendor subscriptions automatically.

Ownership and vendor accounts

You control your domain and production vendor accounts. After full payment, the client-specific deliverables and rights listed in the signed agreement are transferred. Third-party code, fonts, images, and services keep their own licenses and fees; reusable tools are handled under the agreement’s license terms.

Hosting, domain registration, email, and other subscriptions are billed directly by the vendor unless expressly agreed otherwise. The chosen platforms and anticipated fees are identified in your proposal.

Privacy and inquiries

The consultation and quote request form creates an email draft or a local text download. It does not send a server-side submission or save the brief in this site. If you send the email, Daniel and the email providers process the information to discuss and deliver your project. Do not include passwords, government identifiers, or payment details in the form or email.

Stripe processes payment and billing details under its own privacy policy. Hosting and font providers may process routine technical information needed to serve this site. No advertising trackers or analytics scripts are configured by Daniel on this site. Project, invoice, and tax records are kept for business and applicable legal obligations.
